(Reuters) - President George W. Bush and the Democratic-led Congress are discussing a fiscal stimulus package aimed at shoring up the troubled U.S. economy.
Here are some of the proposals under discussion.
WHAT BUSH AND CONGRESS ARE CONSIDERING
* Bush has said he wants a plan that includes tax rebates for households and incentives for business investment. He has said he thinks a package of around $150 billion, or about 1 percent of gross domestic, product would give the economy a significant boost.
