Greensboro, NC – Independent Minority Political Action Committee (IMPAC). In a statement released today, Independent Minority Political Action Committee (IMPAC) joined the list of political advocacy groups whose sole interest are addressing the disparities facing the Minority Communities.

"There is an apparent void in the representation of our Minority communities' interest. IMPAC intends to fill this void and make a difference through supporting candidates who will address the concerns and issues facing us. Martin Luther King, Jr.  stated,"Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere." Injustice still plagues our communities and we intend to address this with IMPAC and active community programs said Karl Brustmeyer, IMPAC President."

"Leadership and representation in the minority communities of Guilford County have been missing in action (MIA) for many years. During this absence our communities have suffered, our people have suffered and most importantly all of our children have suffered! We at IMPAC are saying enough is enough and it's time for a change! said Jerry L.McClough, IMPAC Treasurer.
