President Bush warned yesterday that the United States is at risk of losing sight of past racial suffering, describing recent displays of nooses and jokes about lynching as "deeply offensive" in a speech to a largely African American audience invited to the White House.

Clinton drops $5 million to keep up with Obama
Newsday, NY - Feb 6, 2008

Hey, Senator Clinton, I Need a Loan! - Feb 7, 2008
For the Clinton campaign, the $5 million loan is a financial benefit and a potential political headache. First, it raises questions as to whether the Clintons got rich through their links to special interests. Second, the news comes at a time when many Americans are struggling to get loans, as Senator Clinton herself has said.
Senator Obama’s campaign can have some fun here.
Just picture would-be homebuyers and college students going to Clinton rallies and holding up signs saying: “Hey Senator Clinton, I need a loan!”

Friend --
One of the things I'm most proud of about our campaign is not the amount of money we've raised, but the number of people giving it.
As of this afternoon, more than 300,000 people have given in 2008 alone, taking ownership of this campaign by making a donation of whatever they can afford.
This has never happened before. No one has ever built a (Source Barack Obama Official Website)
C. Dancy II - TPA Opinion: Just think if all black folks were supporting the intelligent black man for President, then the numbers would be no problem. I just hope the black folks who are not supporting him will find themselves.
