The emphasis of ideology over academic achievement speaks to the competency of Republican candidates. This ideological emphasis diminishes our highest offices and their protection of the Constitution and the rule of law. Knowledge of history, economics and particularly constitutional law is a critical competency for our leaders. The last eight years have been very telling. Our government, economy and ultimately our freedoms are eroding. (Read more)
