Definition of an Old Guard is a Black Elected Official, President/Chair of an organization, Pastor of a church, Minister, Sororities, Fraternaties, Actors/ Actress, Professional Athletes, Grassroots Leaders and other black folks in high places who want to keep things just as they are and do not question or have anything to say in a public meeting as it relates to the problems within the Black community. So if they are not saying anything in public meetings what do you think they are saying behind closed doors. Not a damn thing.
The Old Guard do not want change.
The Old Guard has all of the characteristics of the safe Negro.
The above is my definition of an Old Guard.

Definition of ignant is one who knows better but for some reason chooses to act and/or speak in the negative about a real issue or person. An example: a person who wants to destroy another person by saying stupid manure. The word can relate to black, brown, white and other folks.
A politician who does stupid bull manure when they know better however they are not serving the people but are pimping them instead.
Yep I know that the real word is ignorant however I like ignant.
The above is my definition of ignant.

Definition of a Safe Negro is a Black Elected Official, President/Chair of an organization, Pastor of a church, Minister, Actors, Actress and Grassroots Leader who do not question or have anything to say in a public meeting as it relates to the problems within the Black community.
One who feels he/she has arrived. (Arrived = forgot from whence they came and because they have a little something they look down on other Black folks.)
One who knows and sees racism but try to act as if it do not exist.
One who will follow Racist White Folks around by believing in what they say without doing their own homework.
One who will sit on boards and will not vote for positive change that will affect the Black community because they do not want to rock the boat.
One who will get in the (real Black Leaders) lane because they want to tell others about their role when they don't even know their role or the rules.
One who say they want to groom young Blacks to be leaders when all they really want to do is use them.
One who will talk about (real Black leaders) who are actively engaged in community issues, know the issues and speak out in the public.
One who is jealous of the (real Black leaders) who will speak truth to power by confronting racism and other isms that exist while the Safe Negro benefits.
The above is my definition of a Safe Negro.

Definition of Racist White Folks are those who will attack Black folks who are not afraid to speak out about the injustices that are happening in our local communities and abroad.
One who feel that Black folks should be treated as 2nd Class Citizens.
One who try to mislead White, Black and other about the Black folks who are speaking truth to power.
One who knows and sees racism but try to act as if it do not exist.
One who will recruit Safe Negroes to help them carry out their mission to destroy other Black folks especially real Black leaders.
One who will sit on boards and will not vote for positive change that will affect the Black community when they are in the majority and/or the minority because they do not want the Black community to truly move forward.
The above is my definition of Racist White Folks.
