Two online petitions are calling for officials to make major cuts in expenses to lower Rocky Mount’s electric rates.
The petitions are being circulated through a Web site: www.thepetitionsite.com.
Bloggers to a recent Rocky Mount Telegram article about the electric rates were urging others to sign the petitions. (Rocky Mount Telegram)
