For a Community Screening of the latest Independent Voices Episode featuring:
* UE 150 (NC public service worker's union) Health & Human Services Workers from Dorothea Dix Hospital speak out about the closing of Dix, their working conditions, & the conditions in mental health facilities around NC
* Citizens Against OLF in Gates County profile an African-American church, established during reconstruction, which will be destroyed if the Navy puts its Outlying Landing Field in this community
* An interview with Col. Ann Wright at the NC Peace Action Banquet.
Following the screening, we will host a conversation with UE 150 Mental Health Workers and their campaign for a Mental Health Workers Bill of Rights.
