Resources say that on court day Higgs asked to have his case remanded back to the District Court charges. Obviously just like in my case he was going to get it.
Will Judge Frank Brown save Higgs before he retire in the very near future? Higgs was suppose to appear in court in July however it was continued to August. Why? Because he wanted the case to be heard by Judge Frank Brown in my opinion. He tried that with me when he appealed my case against him to Superior Court and he prolonged it about a year but justice prevailed.
Higgs to appear in Superior Court again on Monday August 11, 2008 for assault on a female. Guess who? His neice.

I love the Higgs drama. keep on shining the light on him - but Higgs seems to have no shame. Perhaps he doesn't have "internets" and is unaware of how ridiculous he sounds. Continue the good work, I admit I can't resist a good post on Higgs' latest escapades. Assaulted his niece? What next for this guy? Does he still live in a school bus or under the ground?
