NASHVILLE – A Rocky Mount councilman filed Tuesday to run for a seat in the N.C. General Assembly.Ward 6 Councilman W.B. C. Dancy II - TPA Opinion: This is quite interesting. It appears that with Daughtridge and Arnold support that they feel that Bullock would be a win win for them.
