The Rocky Mount City Council voted Monday evening to table rezoning a property proposed to become home to a fast-food restaurant.

C. Dancy II - TPA Opinion: For me it was not clear on what Knight and Blackwell voted against, however it was of my opinion that they voted against tabling and were ready to move on the matter. I made a phone call and I was correct.
